Different consequences of the diets
Tuesday, January 10th, 2012There are many diets that are intended for healthy adults and promising a more or less imminent “destruction” of extra pounds. And some of them really help to lose weight for several weeks or months and don’t cause much harm to the health.
Such diets are good for weight loss before or after the holidays or other similar circumstances. However many nutritionists don’t advise to get involved in the diets for more than a month.
The thing is that the constant “dieting” as self-restraint in the diet and deprivation of the body most of the various vitamins and minerals that the human body gets only a balanced and varied diet can lead to serious negative consequences.
Moreover, similar effects can be observed not only for the body, but also for human health. That’s too much commitment to the various diets leads to problems with digestive system, diseases of the teeth and gums and so on, up to serious eating disorders like anorexia and bulimia.
Nutritionists insist on a balanced diet of people in particular – people with excess weight. And, of course, you need to do sport.
Without exercise, virtually any attempt to lose weight, is doomed to failure, which is important for both sexes and all ages.
If there is extra weight for no apparent reason and does not go away, It is also recommended to be diagnosed on the various diseases that can have similar symptoms.
